That looks like the aliens' outhouse just outside of Pharumph, Nevada. They have to use it because they aren't allowed inside the secret military installation, Area 51, unless they are dead and under glass. :o

pacific side. not sure of the k marker (it's past colonet). no short-shorts but once surfed naked in the early '80s just to the south. there is a swimming pool nearby (dead giveaway).
