Jerry, we got a bill last January, mailed to our home in Montana. Of course, we were in Loreto and didn't see it until July.

It's our first bill in three years.

The first time we had to pay, we went to the Bancomer in Loreto. And, in keeping with their fine record of customer service, they gave us the phone number of a Tijuana branch and told us to go home and call them.

The TJ branch said to pay at the local Bancomer, then fax them a copy of the receipt, so the bank would have a record.

Last year, local Bancomer seemed to know what to do to receive payment, but who knows?

I pay with a US check so I have that as a receipt, and keep the receipt they give us because I have no confidence they have properly recorded the payments. No specific information on our fidio seems to be available.

Also, we originally got our fedio in April, and made our payments in April. But the bill we received last year indicateds the payment is due in January.

Bancomer...Adelante!
