There was a story of that name in:
10 Story Western Magazine [v31 #1, August 1946] (Popular Publications, 15¢, pulp)

The author was Wallace Ewing.

It's a good book about the history of the 1000. I purchased 3 on Amazon.com when Dust to Glory came out along with the D to G DVD for gifts. Just did a seach on Amazon and no luck, nor with ebay. Maybe Google would work.

How I see Corky's little cartoon...

Sierra Club was once an organization of hikers who actually ventured into the back country...

Now it is a special interest group with people who may have never left the city as they try to force the closure of public lands from the public who actually wants to enjoy the outdoors.

This is what was relayed to me by former Sierra Club members and what seems obvious by the actions of today's members.

During a Google search I found it for like $125 or so that were signed by the top racers of the era. It was Bull something book store. There were 300 originals of these. The unsigned book sold for $39.95.

I got a u2u from Corky saying he thought the meaning of his gif was pretty clear. Now that I've looked more carefully, I agree. I got it wrong. The guy with the cannon is killing the guy who thinks that the Sierra Club sucks. Anyone who supports environmental protection is OK with me. Thanks Corky.

Twist it?????

So what's the deal with the little yellow guy killing the little green anti-Sierra Club guy twice a second? No gif with a little yellow guy KISSING the anti-environmentalist?

You send a very confusing message. IMO

I took our difference to u2u once.
You chose to continue on the forum.
If you want to continue this do it via u2u.
