Boat permits


I moved to Az. from So Cal and need to know where I can get boat permits for my Kayaks I used to get them at Turners but dont know where in AZ to get them

Never had to fight the battle in Baja always got them at Turners
I have also got them at the drive through Mex ins place just before the border in San Ysidro
I will be comming in through Tacate this time and would like to know if there is anywhere in Az or on the way to Tacate where I can get boat permits and Mex fishing liscences
