San Ignacio - San Xavier - Loreto loop gas ?

Will be headed down the Pacific side south of San Ignacio in a couple of weeks and was wondering about gas availability in San Juanico, La Purisima, Comondu, etc. It's been a few years since the last trip through there and it's a long walk to Loreto with a gas can.

Anybody have any recent info?

Thanks, TF

San Juanico (Scorpion Bay) is rockin', what with new paved highway and lot's of building.

On Juan Y Juan's web site I saw the local 'gas distributor' pictured... http://www.juanyjuan.com

Last spring they were selling from barrels in Comundu. Haven't been up since then. I would think there would be gas in La Purisima too, though we haven't been there yet.
