FLOW RACING EXHAUST ANNOUNCES THE THEIR SUPPORT OF A NEW
TEAM IN THE WORLD OF OFF-ROAD RACING

CORONA, CA (February 12, 2007) Flow Exhaust announces their support of a new desert racing team to challenge the wild’s of Baja. Team SYSCO/Flow Exhaust Racing will be competing in the SCORE International racing series for 2007. Competing in SCORE Class 21, SYSCO/Flow Racing will be carrying on with the long tradition of the “Privateer” racing in Baja.

SYSCO/Flow Racing Exhaust is the brainchild of Team Captain and Rider of Record, Collin Corrigan. Corrigan, a native of La Mesa, Ca, has been traveling the lengths of the Baja Peninsula since childhood and his love for motorcycles naturally lead him to racing. Having competed in District 38 and CODE races lead to an opportunity to race with another team in the SCORE series…and the rest as they say is “history”. Wanting to form his own team, Collin contacted old friend and Baja veteran, Shannon Boothe. Together the two devised a plan and a new team to challenge the demanding Baja Peninsula.

According to Shannon Boothe, Team Manager, “…part of our goal in forming a new team was not just to race, but to introduce Baja racing to a wider demographic of participants and fans”. With this goal in mind two new riders were selected for the team. Danny Nelson and Todd Corbitt, both are former BMX racers with World Class credentials. The selection of these two riders is phase one in a long range plan to not only introduce new riders to our sport, but to expand our fan base and attract new sponsors to Off-Road racing.

According to Randy Blevins, Director of R&;D at Flow Racing Exhaust, “Corrigan and Boothe’s vision of expanding our sport mirrors own business philosophy here at Flow. There will also be the big time factory sponsored riders and a teams, but the true Spirit of Off-Road racing has always been the grassroots racers. Out goal here at Flow is to provide those racers with the best performance exhaust available at an affordable price.

Steve Russell, Director of Sales & Marketing for Flow had this to add. We’re excited about our partnership with this new team. The experience and organizational skills of Boothe and Corrigan combined with the introduction of world class athletes like Nelson and Corbitt offers us a unique opportunity to not only showcase our product line , but an equally unique opportunity to support and promote the sport we all love so much”

The first event for the new team will be their participation in the SCORE, San Felipe 250 to be contested March 10th in San Felipe, Baja California, MX. The team also plans to participate in the Baja 500 & Baja 1000 later in the year in addition to individual performances by team members in District 38 and CODE races this year.

Team SYSCO would also like to announce the support of additional sponsors: No Fear, Dragon Optical, Maxxis Tires, Orange County Honda, Happy Ending Massage Centers, The Motocross Files, …..
