YoFlyfish....

On Hidalgo, just west of the Tecate store, Telcell store, etc, there is a hair place... brown metal door, S. side of the street, and they have a sign regarding massage available. I have not tried it, but they may be a start.

Good luck.
Be well.

This would be Norma's salon. Marta does massage. I think she is well trained and very professional, and very good, in my opinion.
