Baja Jeepin' in April '07

Some of you know the hell I've lived for 2 straight months. The divorce will be final in 6 months, and I am in need of some mental relief...the kind that only Baja can deliver. So, I've got a pack of Jeeper friends that are on the ready for Semana Santa, and we're going to visit Puertecitos, Canyon del Diablo, Shell Island, and Matomi Wash.

I plan to shoot dozens of new photos of the Jeeps climbing anywhere and everywhere on this trip. I'm really looking forward to the crowds and the energy that San Felipe produces, and I'm sure the beer will be cold and the camarones served up hot.

Viva Frikin' Baja!!!:bounce:

Ken sorry to hear of your situation. Baja is surely what you need. I hope you and your crew will consider the El Canelo wash to mine posted under Off Road and the trail from hwy 5 to hwy 1 posted by David K on his Trip Report part 2. These two routes need serious exploring to see if a 4 wheeler will make it. Go Jeeps Go. My Toyota will follow.

And we'll see if a desert rail or two can get thru also

Thanks for your awesome support! This has always been a great place on the 'net, and when friends can come together in times like these, you realize who your friends really are.
