Long Term Parking at San Isidro?

I have some friends who want me to pick them up after they walk across the border at San Isidro from San Diego. They don't want to drive in Mexico, and they don't want to have to buy Mexican Insurance. Does anyone know of any long term parking at the border?

There are lots right at the border before the San Ysidro crossing.
