East Cape camping??

I think I mentioned we ordered a pop up camper for our truck which should be done in a few weeks and we are going to break it in right.
We have two trips planned for the next few months; a week or so in May which will probably be a Gonzaga bay trip and hopefully at LEAST  2 weeks in Oct.
SWIMPAL as never been further south then BOLA on the road and in OCT I want us to do the whole "enchilada" so to speak ;D
We've been to Rancho Leonero etc. together but I have not "camped" in Baja Sur in over 20 years.
Is there anywhere left to camp on the East Cape besides Martin Verdugo's place?
I'm most interested in camping in the La Ribera , Cabo Pulmo area.
We'll be taking the dopey but friendly dogs with us as well if it makes a difference.

Since the sale of the beach land at La Ribera there is limited access to the playa there. As you head south from La ribera you should find ample locations for camping. Head toward the beach in some of the arroyos along the coast road and you should find some mellow spots for you and the pooches. They'll love it. Lots of people camp at Frailes. It can get a little busy for my taste this time of year and some of those RVers are a bit up tight about dogs running free. Lots of foo-foo RV dogs on leashes and their associated gringos. Poke around and you should have no problem finding a great spot to hang out. Have fun.
