Mexican national sharing ownership in a fiediacomiso
Does anyone know if it is legal for a Mexican national to be a partner with gringo owners in a fiediacomiso?
Can't find answer to this one.
Thanks

Absolutely
A Mexican National can own 100% of a fideicomiso.

I thought a Mexican national did not need a fedeicomiso
Remember, when in Mexico, yes may be no and no may be
maybe!

He doesn't. He can own the property outright, or if, for example, he has dual citizenship and wishes to participate in fireicomiso with others, he
can.

Here's a question that might make some sense. Are bb2005 and bajamigo related, or just neighbors. It is against posting guidelines to have more than
one handle.

punta banda and rancho packard are fairly close geographically, both on the road to esteban cantu, (and la bufadora) me-no. so i suspect
bajabound2005 and bajamigo are two distinct posters.
enjoyed meeting you (and thanks for treating) at taco de huitzilopochtli, btw

Tim, not sure how it works. With the experiences I've had down here, even if I had been through the process myself, I wouldn't bet that the same
groundrules would apply in another place or situation. If keynesco is actually involved in such a situation, I hope he/she has budgeted for a
well-connected attorney. I'd love to know the outcome.

Bajamigo location used to say maneadero, now it says rancho packard. Bajabound also lives in rancho packard, but her location says punta banda. It
is my guess that they are V and K, and married. I could be wrong. I like Bajamigos avitar though. Must be the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
