Kayaking the Baja

Well, I'm one of the bidders that acquired two of the Prism Aquaterra "sit on" kayaks at Ecomundo auction. My question is directed to either, or other Nomad Prism owners. I'm almost 73 and ready to try something new. Yes I'm in good health (at this time anyway) and Wendy & I took them down to the beach at Nopolo (Loreto area) and "launched them"!!!! First time either of us had ever sat in a kayak. Well, needless to say, we both found we needed the "seat backs" right away.
We paddled along the shoreline for about a mile & a half, arriving at the docks of Marina Punta Nopolo condo's. There we evaluated our 'adventure' and decided, YES, this is what we want to do. So now I'm full of questions!!!
First. Is Prism still being manuafactored??? If so where?? Are you aware if the gaskets on the hatch covers are obtainable for the older models still??? Where would I start looking.??? I've tried TopKayaker. No luck there. Oh yes. I can buy universal seats. But I'd like to buy new stencils for the model name "aquaterra"!!!!!
Any help you can give me about these boats will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
