Does anyone know if a divorce can be aquired by only half a couple as in the Carribbian ????

Better to be a Widower.


As my neighbor used to say, "A lot of Bad Marriages were solved out in the Desert". Judging from my personal experience, the alternative to Divorce would have been less costly. The problem is that you would have to wait years for the insurance to payoff, but it might still be worth it.

Yes the one who wants to divorce files a demanda against the one who doesn't wanna sign, its called divorcio por lo necessario or something like that. Costs upwards of $800 and a lawyer needs to do it. Once finalized neither party can be married for one year afterward, at least in BCS may be different in other states.
