K-rico - you seeing any changes in your area? We are seeing more lookers but not buyers. Occasional sales. Seeing more in the $30,000 - 80,000 range.
Mexican to Mexican. I think we got another 5 years to see changes. If it doesnt happen in 5 it's not going to. Just my opinion though. We know what
that is worth on here.

No, it looks to me that very few gringos are buying in the Tijuana - Rosarito area. Houses are still selling in Playas de Tijuana but it's all Mexican
to Mexican, very few Americans buy here. The house next door to me just sold for what I paid in 2004 and it's identical to mine. So the prices haven't
dropped, but that's because they were never inflated by paper rich gringos.
