Maybe seagull isn't bad.... this Peruvian guy was here last week and said that
Pelican breasts were a delicacy and very popular in Peru...I'll try anything once!

So what's the big deal?
People eat all kinds of creatures. Why not eat a seagull?
I never had one, but maybe they're really good...

Hope I never have to eat a seagull, pelican, or any other fish-eating seabird. And
pay for it at a restaurant? Will just have to pass.

Well for one thing, I have been told by Ramon (RIP) that they are riddled with parasites and worms, along with all other seabirds.I'll pass too!
Happiness is just a Baja memory away...

I gotta tell ya, my culinary tastes have come a long way since living in baja...never thought I'd eat a shore bird...but man oh man...those curlews
and godwits are really tastey a la disca. They eat what whales eat so they are really delicioso...no worms at all and they get em with slingshots so
no buckshot either. I was a vegan when I arrived and now I eat everything...cow udders are my current favorite taco, with head and tongue taking a
close second place. pretty weird how life can change.

I wish someone (other than me) would eat all of them.
