50# Yellowtail at Bahia de los angeles

Check out the new report from Doc on his website. Steve and Phil are to be commended and envied. I, of course, will wipe the grins off their ugly mugs when I report on my upcoming trip.....

Is that '4baja' Steve? I guess I have never seen him without dark glasses on and a cigar in his mouth! (as in this photo with Bo and Beth from 2002)

Great looking Yellow! Thanks Santiago for posting the link!

Was Bo and Andee there?

Sure miss the Camp Gecko camping days!

Now, that's a fish, Steve - no wimpy Dorado, that's for sure! Was it deep? What kind of tackle did you use? Line weight, lure? Great job - a fish to remember, and I'm sure it kicked your ass!

Thanks David, it had been along time since I've looked at those photos. (Bedman, always the photog on the job!)

For those of you that weren't able to attend, that first photo of Mike was on the front stoop of Barson's house welcoming everyone to his "wake", that is most often how he greated guests that came to his home and how he said goodby. It was weird, that day, although I knew he was gone, I kept finding myself looking for him in the crowd, and what a crowd it was!

Sorry to get off track,

It just brought back some memories, Thanks!
