You know us too well... except it's not Molson's anymore. We'll go with Pacifico!

The "Canadian" breakfasts really are no different than the "US" breakfasts except for
the bacon which is very lean and usually smoked with a honey finish. It is also about
three times as wide...I have no idea where the cut is from but it is much different than
ham. I think one of the big diferences is the "home made" aspects which usually include homemade breads and jams, hash browns that are made with
fresh thickly sliced potatoes (usually fried with onions)... none of those grated things that taste like paper, and free range meat. (sausages, ham,
bacon) You will not be disappointed with Igancio
Springs. It also comes with some fabulous Canadian hospitality.
Okay...now I'm hungry.
Remember, when in Mexico, yes may be no and no may be
maybe!

Second what Bajajudy was saying.
If you ever get the chance, stop for brekkie at Ignacio Springs B&B. Ask Terry to seat you outside under the palms. Her jams are to die for. One
of the very best breakfast dining experiences we have ever enjoyed.

Great Stop
On my recent drive down I spent two glorious nights at Ignacio Springs B&B---- The yurt was very comfortable, the breakfast wonderful, and the
two dinners were to die for.
Does it get any better, I donīt think so...
I strongly recommerd this as a stop...and make it at least two nights
Their hospitality made me feel right at home, expecially around the family dinner table under the palms.
Canīt say too much about this great place.

And donīt forget to use the kyaks on the river.

What is a Canadian breakfast?
How about Coco Puffs, Alphabits and/or Captain Crunch with a handful of sugar, and full fat milk washed down with Tang. Well in the '60s anyway!
Have been a Canadian for 50 years and have never heard of a "Canadian Breakfast"!
We eat our toast on the same side as everyone else!
When the way comes to an end, then change. Having changed, you pass through.
