I was not insured when Juan rolled through and have not checked on ins. since. I know Lewis and Lewis insures many of the units in the area. As bad as
Juan was these casitas are pretty much wash and ware. Block construction with cement plaster. I power washed, re-painted, put in a few new breakers
and electrical outlets and we were ready to go again.
