Looking for "Cabo Villa" Hotel

Right in the heart of Cabo San Lucas there is a small hotel called "Cabo Villa" it is in a small strip mall type complex right next to a big dirt parking lot which overlooks the marina and concrete walking path. Sorry but that is all the description I can give.

Does anyone know this hotel and how to contact them ?

Do you walk up the stairs next to Tanga Tanga to get there?
If so, it is gone....Hotel Crystobel(or close) is there.

That's it. Is there a new hotel there now?

Upstairs from the Tanga is the San Cristobal but I am told that is a new development north of town and no longer a hotel. The Cabo Villas I believe is over by Playa Medano above The Office next to Ediths Restaurant.

The Cabo Villas is a different hotel/timeshare then the Cabo Villa Hotel which apparently is no longer a hotel, which is a bummer because it was a little known place with good rates and a decent room within walking distance to lots of party spots in Cabo.

Try the Mar de Cortez. 1/2 block from Cabo Wabo, right in the thick of it

I think the place DonBaja is asking about was the Viva Cabo Hotel .. which has been gone for many years. It was a great place with its location & reasonable pricing. MDC is an excellent suggestion - newly renovated pool and rooms - has everything except phones or tv's so if thats a must have try either Marina Sol Condos or Bahia. Hope this helps. Lori
