Whacky Baja Weather?
This summer has been the worst I've ever seen in the Ensenada area. The marine layer (June Gloom) is still here in September. Rarely see the sun
before noon. Humid. Today, on weather.com it said in Ensenada it was 99 with a "feels like" of 114! Are we sorry we closed in our ceilings and
insulated them? NO!
And poor Bajamigo had to spend the afternoon in Ensenada -he's just on his way home now...but he can post why he was there. A fun reason!

I'm hoping he was in town because someone called with Barney!
Regarding your weather, I'd put up with it just to be there!!! We are getting sunshine here in Morro Bay, but I'd take June gloom in September in
Punta Banda any day just to be home....
Put on your sarrong and soak up that warm weather for me!!
Enjoy!

Yes, it has been tough but today, 09-04-07, the humidity seems to have improved-a hopeful trend!

Yep, the heat and humidity along the coast at La Bocana over the weekend were really unnaturally tropical, with low hanging fog most of the day on
Saturday too. Add that to the lack of wind, and we had enough mosquitos to drive my 10-year old blond kid crazy. They were biting all of us, but
they seem to find him particularly tasty. I told him it's the price he pays for the girls liking him so much, but he didn't buy it. "Yeah, whatever,
just get the bug stuff, Dad."
