Take a look at "Rocket Spanish". I bought it as a download and have found it helpful.
The trick is actually spending time with it!!

Many folks I know like the Rosetta Stone series.
I liked Visual Link's format.
Visual Link teaches you how to form sentences to which your ever-increasing vocabulary can be input.
