American Express Trevel insurance

I received my AMEX bill today and noticed that they offer a travel insurance policy for car, boat, train or plane.
It is for $100000 and covers insurance and payment for evacuation via Plane when required. I called and found it is $13 per month for my wife and I. It is valid for up to a 45 day trip, which works for us currently.

Question, has anyone used this policy?
