I'm surprised that nobody has used an image of Condorito as an avatar. I used to buy Condorito magazines to learn Spanish. They sure were funny.

I have always thought Condorito was a Mexican cartoon, but he is actually Chilean.

Thanks for the help with sanguich/sandwich.
When I was working for Imperial County one of my jobs was inspecting produce (lettuce). I was in the field and there were a number of packers packing lettuce and I noticed a problem developing with packing lettuce with excess wrapper leaves. Now, to me there is not alot of difference with "hojas" and "ojos". So, I walked past this youg lady packing lettuce with excess wrapper leaves and said in a commanding manner "cuida los ojos" The poor girl responded "mis ojos??" The supervisor for the packing crew said in a very polite manner "Senior Inspector la palabra is hojas".
