2 bdr Casita - La Paz

Small two bedroom casita, unfurnished, no appliances. Kitchen was stripped of all existing cabinetry and sink by previous tenant. Windows are set up to hold A/C units, and there are 6 ceiling fans throughout the house. Bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink. There are two tinacos in place, an existing phone line that can be turned back on, and broadband access is available in that area.

That being said.....we are looking for a Nomad handyman who is looking for an otherwise cozy little place to live in, and we will swap rent for helping us bring it back to normal.... (utilities will be your responsibility). This is not a dump by any means. Located in an all Mexican neighborhood not far from the second Pemex station as you are coming into La Paz from the Todos Santos area. Just a short distance from the bus stop, and there's a small convenience store right across the street.

Dogs and/or cats welcome!

We won't be moving down there for at least another year, possibly two, so someone long term would be preferred. However, we are flexible to all reasonable offers.

Please, serious inquiries only....available as soon as you are. We aren't in the area now, but we can arrange for someone there to show it to you.
