Bird Dog is renting out his cool casa which is by Shari & Juan's nice beach house in Bahia Asuncion. It has 3 bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchen, living room and a nice view of the ocean. Great for families or groups, close to the stores and taco stands and economical...$50 a night or $300 a week. (Extra person add $10) contact shari or bird dogfor pics and details. this is one of the bedrooms

hey!! a capital idea Hook!
used to drink Tecate on tap when Carlos had the old Hook up Sports lounge, about $.50 a draw for 12 oz, ice frickin cold too.
then after Pierce et al made it a pelican's reef...........no mas.
i heard you can get kegs in Santa Rosalia by special order tho. Don J was going to get me some for a racers party after the 2004 1000 but we just did cases of Pacificos instead.
but now that Bob is a distributor at Frambes Playa.....hummmm.......:light:

The house has city power and water.
The house is one house off the beach at the edge of town in an uncrowded neighborhood. Maybe a 250' walk to the endless beach - it goes all the way towards the landing strip.
It is very near Shari's beach house rental.
You may even be able to see your plane from the house.
It is close (within 2-5 blocks) of beer stores and restaurants.

I am fairly certain you can get alomst anything else you want; for a price !

This place has a fridge and stove, shower, indoor toilet, a regular house...and 2 fold out couches to sleep lots of amigos. Cleaning service is available for $10 a day and food delivered if ya want it too by Juans sisters. the $300 weekly is for a couple so it depends on how many party animals you pack in there...for example if there are 2 couples, it would be $450 a week, 3 couples would be $600. It's not real fancy but very functional, no neighbours beside you but Shari's beach house off to the side in front and a house behind too. Birddog will fix it up more when he comes down which is why it's not totally decked out yet. But everyone who has stayed has had fun there and it's a stones throw from the beach too.

Thanks to all that are interested. Wanted to thank Shari for all the hard work her and Juan have done for us. Everyone should experience Asuncion at some time. It's a very beautiful place with lots of friendly faces. It only took us one trip there to fall in love with the place and start to put down roots. We hope that if you decide to stay at our casa that your time there will be a great experience. If you have any questions please feel free to U2U me or Shari. You can also email me at dennywgreif@juno.com.
