Discover Baja Party/ Baja Calendar '08

Members of Discover Baja Travel Club are invited to the annual party for food and fun on Friday, Dec. 7. Usually several Nomads and book authors attend... including Marv Sherrill of the Baja Calendar.

Baja Angel and I plan on attending... They ask that you RSVP so they can plan to have plenty of goodies on hand.

Call 1-800-727- BAJA (2252). Get additional details there or check your email from ask@discoverbaja.com

Address is 3089 Clairemont Dr., San Diego... Exit I-5 near Mission Bay and head up the hill... on the right next to a Blockbuster Video and Mountain Mike's Pizza.

This might work out for me. I'm planning on crossing on Dec 7.
Friday traffic will be a killer from the OC though.

Yes Ken... and two of my photos are it it! Natalie and Ken Bondy are also featured photographers.

Doug (Baja Nomad) has the calendars for sale right now... and until he gets them in his Tienda (unless they are already there), I would email or U2U Doug for one... Otherwise the calendars are available from Marv or Discover Baja.

By the way, the party was great... lots of food and drink... and lots of people!!! Door prizes were won (we won a translator device)...

Met a couple of Nomads and talked with many folks (Bonni Mackintosh, Marv from Baja Calendars, Bob Vinton, The Squarecircle, Jennifer from Sunbelt, etc.)
