New FM 3 Question

I think this is a new FM3 question.

If I decide to spend part of the year further south, can I get an extension on the FM3 ? Or can I change the expiration date? Or can it be renewed late ? Or should I just try to renew it where I´ll be ?

Your comments would be welcome on this issue.

Thanks,

CaboRon

You can submit the renewel in advance, work with agent while your gone or submit it late and pay a penalty.

I have asked and I believe you can not change the date.

Your question is not clear, when you say south do you mean the Baja or the mainland? If its still baja no difference still answer to La Paz, I have never heard of an extension, only renewal and if you were on the mainland you could renew, and supply all of the data as before.

To do an address change you need to complete a letter and bring a cobabante (bill of water or lights from the new house and a copy, the address should be correct o the bill but the name can be the previous owners).

Also you may want to reregister at the Hacienda to renew your persona fisica tarjeta de tributaria and your #RFC. If you want Factoras to be correct they must refer to your actual address, supposedly.

My experience has been that any change of location had to be reported to Migracion at the new location.
Debera dar aviso inmediato de cambio de domicilio ....
There is a box on the Solicitud form and a letter and combrobante, I used rental agreement copy were required.
