New spa
Our old spa broke down. We bought a new spa - then we found out that we have constructed a lot of stuff and planted a lot of stuff in the way since
then. So, we had to rent a crane and lift out the old spa and put in the new spa over our entire house - had to rent a crane! Amazing.

Just out of curiosity, how much did that crane set you back?

$240 and well worth it. We had two other quotes, one over $800 and another one over $900. (last two charge 4-hr minimums, first one only charged us
for one hour)

We had a trailer lifted off the road up to our lot here for $100. Probably pretty close to the height of your house
I knew it was a good deal but had no idea it was that good. Three years later we had the same trailer put back on the road for $100 and off it drove
BTW our lot is out the east cape road about 3 miles.
islandhop...square grouper...I love it!

maybe Diver can fit your old spa in his trailer to bring down for us! Then we can watch all the UFO's while hot tubbing on our patio!

The old spa is SHOT! It ended up in the dump! The shell cracked and it was leaking - unrepairable. We gutted it and sold the parts already.
Sorry.
This was something to see hanging over your house. What you can't see, is that when they pull it off the ground, it starts spinning - and you wonder
if it will slip out of the straps and on to your house. We figured if that happend then we would just add a 2nd floor! Hah!

Good grief Bob, if the spa was spinning in the air above my house, and I'd taken the lowest bid, I'd have been peeing in my panties!
Glad everything came out OK!

OK, Bob, now tell us the real story...
...you're really just installing a new 96 inch big screen TV for Christmas, and wanted to impress your neighbors!
According to my clock...anytime is \'BAJA TIME\' & as Jimmy Buffett says,
\"It doesn\'t use numbers or moving hands It always just says now...\"

Dang, looks like it defies physics. You could have sold tickets to this event.
The price sounds about right. Had this done a few months ago for the HVAC. Never held my breath for so long.
(They left a little surprise in the driveway - a few cracks!)

No cracks.... but, we did end up with a few drops of hydraulic fluid on the driveway that I cleaned up (with Oil Eater, great stuff from Costco).
