Oh that? That's at Fishbucks beachhouse in San Quintin. We have Fish Valets that filet the fish and beautiful Fish Hostesses in bikinis that place the filets in personalized freezer bags.
All this while you receive a massage after a hard morning of fishing. In your own private poolside cabana ofcourse.

Wiley and Barry are correct.
These are the new fish cleaning tables at Puerto Los Cabos. When I first saw them I thought that they were marble...only the sides are marble...but still:barf:
I cant wait to see the fish guts on them. I think that there will be an opening of the new sport fish center around the middle of january. A report on that will follow.
