What kinda info you looking for? It appears to be at a place called Punta Mesquite on the AAA map.
Many lots are advertised and some houses. The cheapest lot I saw was $94,000 and was REDUCED!. 240 sq meters. Some of the houses were near 1 million.
I've observed these places driving by and my gut instinct is they will be overbult with small lots and large McMansion type houses pact closely together.
But it is right on the Pacific just north of La Fonda. So it looks beautiful.
My other gut instinct about that area and any place from Imperial Beach to south of Ensenada is don't get in the water. Especially after its been raining. Something flows downhill if you know what I mean.
But if all you intend to do is stand on your patio sipping a c-cktail and look at the ocean then it's probably okay for that.
As long as you can't smell Rosarto and Tijuana that is.
I doubt if the fishing is any good there.
