Palmar Loreto?

I received an email advertising something called "Palmar Loreto". It seems to be a development of homes associated with or located in Loreto Bay. I went to their website www.palmarloreto.com, and was surprised to see one of my photos (a blue whale tail) on their home page. I don't recall giving permission to use the photo, but I may have. I emailed them asking about the image, haven't had a response yet. Does anyone know anything about "Palmar Loreto"?? Thanks,

++Ken++

This guy: Harro Schumacher Club El Palmar de Loreto Box 182 Loreto, BCS 23880 Mexico, apparently manages a group of homes built, sold and rented out, called Club El Palmar. Looks like he now bought a tract of land within the Loreto Bay acreage (Phase IV area) and plans to build and sell homes there - probably intends to manage them, rent them too the same as his other property. He has a proven track record, and the builder, Jesus Cortes Larraga (sp?) appears to be a reliable, proven contractor with his own employees. The price and value (an SFR - not attached condo) is certainly more appealing, and there won't be thousands of dollars wasted on advertising and a staff of bozos. This may be the way the FONATUR land will ultimately be developed; and the Citigroup investors may get their money back through land sales.
