There have been so many in that area that CSL has been refered to as a "Paradise for kidnapers" by Silvia Lupian Duran of the citizens comitee against delincuency for Baja California Sur (Consejo Ciudadano de Baja California Sur contra la Delincuencia)

These type of news items are the ones those that say avoid Baja Norte tend to ignore :rolleyes:

ftd, All I know is that Mijas nanny said two people were kidnapped the other day in the very close proximity to her(Mijas) house.All the homes around them have been invaded and robbed also.I am scared for them and my two beautiful G-daughters.The police are NO help either.:fire:
