Rosarito Cable pretty much sucks for computer access. I had it for a year. It went down all the time. I also never got the internet speed I paid for (the faster you want to go . the more yo have to pay). Go with the TelMEx DSL. It's twice as fast, half the price and never goes down.

In Playas de Tijuana I had Cablemas, in Rosarito TelMex. Always resented giving Slim my cash but Cablemas are not in Rosarito, or at least they weren't the last time I was in Rosarito.
