we made it!

crossed at tecate morning of the 4th. awesome drive. no problem with diesel all the way. pulling the 27 ft trailer, driving these roads is like flying the space shuttle through LA.
But it was very fun. Liz didnt get psychotic until 2 hr from loreto.....long drive. first nite stayed in catavina at the rv thing..restaurant with generator....met 4 people from home....next day to loreto.....got all screwed up trying to get to the rv park and wound up trying to get a trailer through back roads.....no catastrophes.....next day made it to san jose where we are waiting for our house to finish in 2 weeks. currently we are in the trailer at my partners veterinary clinic.....i backed it in first shot.....just starting to relax.....have a spay neuter clinic next weekend but this week has been pretty laid back waiting for equipment to show up.....thanks for all support you guys.

Bienvenidos, DrTom
Glad that you trip was a success.

Hope after you have settled in you can make it out to see me. We are on the road to La Playa or Puerto Los Cabos on the left. Tall building with LIBROS BOOKS on the side.

Good for you, DrTom...

Reminds me of an old war movie when the intrepid soldier crawls through the fields under fire, dropping into trenches to skirt the enemy, racing over the flats and diving into his destination, unscathed.
No mordita...No highjacking...No problem.
Enjoy yourself, Amigo.
