Why Mexico doesn't extradite capital U.S. criminals


For those that want to know why Mexico refuses to extradite some american criminals, here it is, we have no motivation to do it:

Mexico feigns concern about it's citizens facing the death penalty in the U.S. but I'll bet you that if a U.S. citizen living in Mexico was wanted in the States for a capital offence, Mexico would hand him over without a second thought.

Criminal Element


If you are living in Mexico, and have a Warrant out for your arrest, and the American authorities find out about it, they will come into Mexico and pick you up,
regardless of how much mordido you have paid the authorities in Mexico.

There are far too many USA bad guys and con artists on the lam down here. Americans, if they have serious doubts over a persons intent, really should look at a criminal data base from the US, you will need their name and birthdate, provided that it is not an alias, and give this information over to the US Marshalls.

Let's get these creeps outa here!
