Its the rail bed for the ore train at the Las Flores mine at the bottom of the tram that came down the mountain from the mine.
One of the most beautiful dryset rock walls you will ever see.
Lots of great info about the mine at the museum in BoLA. If you have never stopped in there, you gotta. One of the best museums I have ever been in
and I'm usually bored by that kind of stuff. Be sure to leave a donation, it is all volunteer operated.
