A lot of the tackle stores in California sell Sea of Cortez charts under the name of Fish.n.Map Co. I think you can find them on www.charkbait.com
or also from West Marine in any of their California locations.
Be aware that all of the charts for the Sea of Cortez are based on 1957 surveys and are inaccurate. All of the current GPS mapping used on the major GPS units like Furuno, Garmin, and Lowrance are therefore way off.
Also, the guys at www.bajadirections.com have current charts.

I'm going to have to disagree with Pescador about the electronics charts for Lowarance being "way off". I have used the Navionics Gold and Platinum programs throughout the Cortez and the Cabo area and found them to be extremely accurate.
