That's exciting about Jauns' Ponga. Can you snap a photo of it. Here is a shot of my ponga. Not as seaworthy as Jauns' but works just fine.

Nice fishing CC, Russ. Also good sunrise predicts good weather ahead.

Let's hope that and Bouyweather are right for manana...supposed to be calm and we are headed for Pt. Teresa and points south. Jurel are on the menu, but we're not picky!

p.s. Just looked outside across the Bay and see lots of surface fog over there, which means warmer water coming. The season is changing..let's hope the fishing does too!

Beware the Fog.....

Bob y Susan said, "....a weird fog moved by at 12:30 "

I don't like the looks of it from here, Bob.

Eerie. Can you feel that cold dampness in the air?

Bay rumor: A foursome at the new Santa Barbara golf course has been missing since dawn. A golf cart was found with a cutlass stuck in a tire. (Note: I have a nice set of Wilson Staff extra length clubs for sale.)

We head to sea manana before daybreak. Keep your lighthouse lit and the foghorn at full volume.

some friends were AT santa barbara a week ago and said there was actually work being done there with
graders and dozers...

maybe the golf course will actually be finished:light:

Funny you should say that, Bob. A couple flew in to the Serinadad, then drove out there just a day or two ago and met the project manager. Work is progressing as we type.

I'm still dumping my golf clubs.

Russ...did not mean to hijack or sidetrack your great sunrise thread, so here's mine from Coyote Bay:
