The lots are owned by someone who does not live in Asuncion.
I believe Shari knows the details but she can definitely put you in touch with the sellers.
I was told that they are level lots that are just west of the elementary school.
Last asking price I heard was about $7,000.
No sewer but power and water is available.
Have to do your own septic.

It would be best to U2U welcometobaja for a price...I'm not exactly sure where they are...somewhere between jdtrotters, our place and the sunset casita out here in the point area and they are not serviced at the moment but will be soon.
