Naranjos waterfront Palapas

Does Playa Naranjos south of Mulege still have waterfront Palapas for rent? I rented palapas there on a few occasions in the mid-late 90's right on the water- priceless! plan was to stay 2 days but usually ended up staying 2 weeks in Jimmy Buffet mode. rent was $5/day-Is it still possible to walk in and get a Palapa on the water?

Believe lease is AT LEAST $10/day ($3,650/year). Pretty expensive, and absurd unless you spend a lot of time there.

Not to mention, a number of these are in Federal zone, and dependent on a concession. Concessions have always been questionable, but in these days of search for real estate revenue sources, ... well, absurd.

Roberto HUH ? Sounds like he just wanted to rent for a few days . Burro beach is $ 8.50 for sand and Santispac is $ 7.00. I also belive $ 10.00 is for your own palaypa at Naranjos at $3600.00 per yr ....

here is a link...
http://mulege.org/naranjos/naranjos.htm

palapas are available RIGHT on the beach $10-$11 a day

you pull your motorhome right up next to it and use both...

they also have casitas available for $30 a night with bathroom cold water shower 2 beds and a stove AND electricty in the evening

there is a dump station and "reasonable" water is included (important!!!)

Naranjos has the concession for the beach...i've seen it and read it...

The really nice thing is that the CAMPO is 2 miles off the main road and the road-noise is nothing
some camps are right next to the highway and the noise from trucks at night is BAAAAAD!!!!

oh yea...we're next door
