solar lot in El Dorado Ranch, San Felipe available

I am the owner of a nice solar lot located in San Felipe on El Dorado Ranch.

I want to sell to a private party (no agents please).

It is 200 X 100 ft and has no buildings around it for 1/4 mile. The largest lot in PVS 7. Very private.

Send me an offer via U2U.

Thanks, Michael

Has the lot been privatized? If not it will cost the buyer $6000 right off the top! Solar?? My maps say PVS 7 is Electric Homes only?

How far from electric are you? Not already areas....when does EDR say the lot will have electric?
I already own in EDR but may be interested in a electric lot.

sorry...solar lot...no electric...not PVS 7, rather its 6250-040-26. Got it confused with my other lot!

It is privatized and still in master trust. I have the certificate.

Dues for 2008 were $576 and paid.

Asking $15,000

Hope that helps.

How much are the Taxes & are they paid for 2007 & 2008?
Your dues on that lot in PVS-1 are much much more than in LVS---Solar.
Have never seen nor heard of a lot in PVS-1 that is that big! Is sure surprising to hear it is 200x100 and no buildings closer than 1/4 mile?
6250 is the First PVS area of solar.

Correction: The lot size according to my "deslinde' is 25M(82') X 50M(164') and is in PVS 3. Currently no one has built close around me (meaning within 1000'). It has septic in the ground as done by EDR and a hard pack pad approximately 40' x 60' to put a trailer on without sinking into the sand.

We had our trailer there for over 3 years and liked the solitude.

Taxes are paid for 2007 but not 2008 yet (will pay it soon).

Hope that clarifies.

Thanks meme. Hopefully someone will find this lot to their liking. I dont want to involve sales people as the price would need to go up to pay their commission. Word of mouth is how I bought my other lot and that worked out great. If the lot doesn't sell, I will just hang on.

By the way where are you on EDR?

Thanks;)
