A refreshing change...a positive report on a local builder

I'm in the finish detail stage of my 3rd (& FINAL!) construction over my 9+ years in La Paz & this is the only guy I'd recommend. He's a refreshing change from either of the first two I used. He actually builds what you want, and he builds to high quality standards!:bounce: Feel free to ask me questions here or U2U me if you'd prefer.

I have another perspective on this contractor.

We used him to assist us with PROFEPA issues and, when our contractor for our house walked of the job, we used Alex and some of his people to finish what we could not do ourselves. Yes, his work is good. AND He's honest! He's honest about everything. Shows up when he says he will, prices reasonably and sticks to it. Lucky us, we're done now and Alex isn't our contractor anymore, he's our friend.
