RV roof sealant

Before our ancient Baja trailer turns into a melted glob of aluminum in the desert sun, I thought it might be prudent to seal the roof with an elastomeric sealant. I've heard of a brand called Snow Coat but I'm sure there's others.

Anyone have any experience using these products? Any recommendation of brands and suppliers? Gracias!

What is composition of your current roof? Is it aluminum or a rubber?

If it's alum. it's the seams at the vents and the edges that are the leak danger. The best stuff for this is Eternabond.

Many of the high end RV mfgrs are going to his instead of any goop sealants. Some owners have reported some 10 year old installations and still going strong.
