I really don't have any issues with anyone I'm aware of. Hope this doesn't turn on me like the East Cape thread did. I have the fidieocamiso on this
waterfront dirt and the permission to clear the land has just been completed. The new owner would be responsible for any and all permits needed prior
to starting improvements. With that, here's some snap shots of the dirt and surrounding area. OH! it ain't cheap.
