Nice photos. Wish I were there instead of visiting my Brother in Northern Ontario, Canada. Wow, it's super wet and cold.

I love the two colors in the hibiscus. Beautiful photos, thanks for sharing.

Nice, very nice. Never can see too many flowers!

I love the shadows in the second picture. I would say it was my favorite, but then there is that gourgous blue one.

Thank you for looking. Those were taken with my old Sony digital 6mp in macro.

It is not a very predictable camera but it has a Carl Zeiss lens so it does get good detail.

The flowers in Baja have some very bright pastel colors that contrast nicely with the terrain. Here in Oregon it's hard to get a pic that doesn't have a green backgroun:lol:d.

Also the intense sunlight tends to illuminate the flowers and perhaps color.

Diane, that blue one is really purple. I think... Unless it's just another variety... Here's one of mine I took last year. It's called a purple hibiscus.

Bob that blue flower was wild. Smaller than a hibiscus, perhaps 2" across. The top two are in our yard the others out yonder.
