Wow, Dave LaBarre, was/is one of the biggest developers in northern Baja right behind Pat Butler. Very surprising as he was the head of the San Felipe
Developers Association. Not good for business if it's true. Has anyone else heard any other details?

I imagine a lot of people will start running title searches on the property they bought from him .... maybe the people who actually own the
property will start comming forward and challanging the sales.
Isn't it interesting that while we face the small rip-off everyday living in Mexico ... the really HUGH ones are , many times, conducted by

Videos are great, 2 years ago my friend was diving his cement mixer through a crowd of protestor when one jumped on the hood and claimed that he was
hit in crosswalk. My friend was arrested and detained but FORTUNATELY he had his video camera running on the dashboard which showed what really
happend so he was released and the protestor booked for filling a false report.
