Baja Malibu

Does anyone know about living in the hills of Baja Malibu? I'm strongly considering buying land there and building a home. From what I can tell, it appears to be a very nice, laid back community, and I would like to hear from people who know about the area. Any input will be appreciated. Gracias.

We looked there alot, and talked to alot of residents. The second level has a definite security problem, we have a friend who has lived on the third level
for over twenty years, and was cleaned out once. The Rosarito cops think it is a TJ responsibility, and the TJ cops feel that it is a Rosarito responsibility.

Probably it would be best to talk to some of the residents there.
