Need fishing info for Todos Santos

I am headed down to the Todos Santos area with the family and I would like to take them out fishing a couple of times while we are down there. Can anyone recomend any Panga outfits in that area. Looking for experienced and safe opperators. The Cabo area isn't even an option due to the high cost.....Thanks..............John

Ask around town or...

Go over to Punta Lobos where the fishermen launch from. THere are lots of guys who would (I think) be for hire. They'd also know the best places to fish. It helps to know Spanish.

U2U me if you want a contact in TS.

What lee said but beware that launching and returning is not for the faint at heart.

If i were you I would go out one morning and watch them launch and then return in the afternoon to watch them coming back in. I personally think it is a lot of fun and the most exhilarating part of the adventure. Many a boat has flipped much to the amusement of onlookers.

Basically it's a matter of timing, watching the surf carefully and gunning the engine at just the right moment.

You may luck out and get a calm day but it's rare.
