Muelle Tres-Silvestre

Just found out about these two restaurants. Mulle is in Ensenada and Silvestre is in the Guadalupe Valle.

Have any of you Ensenada area Nomads tried either of these and what can you report? Would like to confirm very good reviews of both of them.

Gracias

Hi -
I just spent this past Friday with Benito Molina and went to both Silvestre and Muelle 3.

Here are some pictures of Silvestre and Muelle 3:

We didn't eat at Silvestre because it is weekend only in the summer but the dishes are all grilled over la lena and there are accompaning cold dishes. Benito's specialty is grilling and this restaurant is his favorite.

We did eat a Muelle 3 which you can read about here:

It was put simply an incredible meal that will change your relationship with seafood. They treat their product with care.

Provecho! and let me know how it was if you go!

Alex,

It was your report I read! Can't wait to give it a try. I've not heard either of them mentioned here that's why I posted the question.

I'll let you know what we thought.

Thanks for the review!
