Fish Tacos - Northern style

Had a great feed of fish tacos last night, up here in Vancouver BC. We supplied the tortillas (kept in the freezer since CCC in La Paz), and all the normal comdiments, including our homemade salsa & guacamole. My buddy supplied the fresh Copper River Sockeye salmon & Alaskan Halibut cheeks, nicely battered.
Yes - Salmon & Halibut. Sacrilege to many, but it was great, washed down with many XX!

We played Los Tigres del Norte norteno music & got mucho nostalgic!!

Only 4 months 'till Baja ... :bounce:

We had a fish dinner here in Oregon. It was fish. I saw a Mexican walking along the road.
